Role Overview n

We are looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Textile Designer with at least 1 year of professional experience in home furnishings. The ideal candidate should have solid design sensibilities, good communication skills, and solid command over textile design software.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Develop innovative textile designs for cushions, quilts, bedding, and other home furnishing products.
n
- Create repeat patterns, colorways, and production‑ready artwork.
n
- Work closely with the sampling team to ensure accurate execution of designs.
n
- Research trends, motifs, color palettes, and global buyer preferences.
n
- Prepare mood boards, concept presentations, and design sheets for buyers.
n




- Coordinate with merchandisers and production teams for smooth workflow.
n
- Ensure timely delivery of design collections and revisions.
n
- Maintain organized design files and documentation.
n

Required Skills & Qualifications n

n
- Minimum 1 year of experience in textile or home furnishing design (mandatory).
n
- Solid knowledge of textile design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW , or similar tools.
n
- Good understanding of repeats, block prints, embroidery layouts, and digital prints.
n
- Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and buyer interactions.
n
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple design projects.
n
- Strong sense of color, layout, and aesthetics.
n
- Knowledge of export‑oriented design requirements is a plus.
n
