Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and industry leaders.

n

• Drive campus placement activities, including internships and final placements.

n

• Identify new recruiters and expand the employer network.

n

• Coordinate with academic departments to align training programs with industry needs.

n

• Organize placement drives, job fairs, and career development sessions.

n

• Conduct soft skills, aptitude, and interview preparation training for students.

n





• Track placement data and prepare reports for management.

n

n

✅ Requirements:

n

• Atleast 5–8 years of proven experience in Training & Placement / Corporate Relations.

n

• Strong network with corporates and industry professionals.

n

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

n

• Experience in handling campus placements in universities or educational institutions preferred.

n
