Job Title: Vertical Lead – Interior Designer (ID)

Location: Noida (Full-Time, On-site)

Salary: ₹4 – 7 LPA + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales through interior designers and design firms.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, Builders and Hotels.
- Understand project requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Track market trends, identify new opportunities, and expand the designer network.
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM, and regular MIS reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.




- 4–10 years of experience in B2B/project sales, preferably in lighting, interiors, furniture, building materials, or architectural products.
- Experience working with interior designers, architects, or design studios is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
