Role We're looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to generate leads for Digital Marketing and Web Development projects by identifying opportunities, writing winning proposals, and converting prospects into clients.
Responsibilities Bid on relevant Upwork projects.
Write customized proposals.
Generate and qualify leads.
Communicate with clients and understand project requirements.
Coordinate with the technical team.
Negotiate and close deals.
Meet monthly lead and conversion targets.
Requirements 1+ years of Upwork bidding experience.
Experience with Digital Marketing & Web Development projects.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Website Development is a plus.
