Young Tinker Foundation is dedicated to empowering young minds through innovation, creativity, and experiential learning. We work with schools, communities, and educators to create meaningful learning opportunities that inspire future leaders and problem-solvers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Manage and update the organization's website
- Support online campaign strategy and execution
- Monitor website and campaign performance through analytics and reporting
- Conduct market research and provide insights for digital growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to strengthen online presence

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications,



Business, or a related field
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and online campaign management
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Compensation:

- ₹16,509 Living Stipend
- ₹6,000 Completion Grant
- ₹4,000 Travel Allowance (Reimbursable)
- Total Support: ₹26,509 per month
