We are looking for a Key Account Executive – Naturals Chain to manage our partnership with the Naturals Salon network and drive business growth across its franchise ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the Naturals Salon key account and build strong relationships with corporate and franchise partners.
- Coordinate franchise operations related to product availability, training, and execution.
- Ensure timely product training sessions across the salon network.
- Drive repeat business and increase product adoption across franchise locations.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory movement, and product availability.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Training teams to execute campaigns and product launches.




- Resolve partner queries and ensure seamless business operations.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, training completion, repeat business, and account growth.
- Identify opportunities to expand business within the Naturals Salon network.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Sales.
- Experience in the beauty, skincare, dermaceutical, cosmetics, or wellness industry is preferred.
- Experience managing salon chains, franchise networks, or professional skincare channels will be an added advantage.
- Robust communication, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
