Position: MIS Executive- Sales Coordination

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to join our team as an MIS Executive & Data Reporting Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing MIS reports, coordinating with sales teams, and supporting operations with accurate data insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, targets, and achievements.
- Build and maintain Excel dashboards for management review.
- Ensure data accuracy by performing reconciliation and error checks.
- Support automation of reporting processes to reduce manual effort.
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to sales and operations.

Sales Team Coordination

- Work closely with zonal sales managers to track targets and progress.
- Share regular reports and dashboards to support decision-making.




- Handle ad-hoc data requests from sales and management teams.
- Assist in planning and forecasting activities with accurate data inputs.

Logistics & Operations (Basic Support)

- Process orders and coordinate with the dispatch team for smooth deliveries.
- Provide basic support in logistics reporting and monthly reconciliation with transporters.
- Follow up on in-transit issues and ensure resolution with minimal disruption.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate (B. Sc./B. Com/BBA) with 2–4 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or sales coordination.
- Strong command of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards).
- Experience with SAP / ERP systems / CRM tools preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with sales and operations teams.
