A Reputed Insurtech MNC is hiring for Senior Vice President/Vice President - Insurance Operations ( Policy Services & Underwriting).

We are looking for strong candidates with a combination of insurance operations expertise and deep Lloyd's Market experience.

Role Overview:

Senior Vice President/Vice President – Insurance Operations is a senior leadership role accountable for defining and executing the operational strategy for US/UK market policy services and underwriting operations. The role ensures scalable, high-quality delivery, solid client governance, regulatory compliance, and continuous operational transformation.

You will partner closely with global clients, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive growth, efficiency, and risk-controlled outcomes at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Operations Leadership
- Provide strategic leadership and overall accountability for US/UK market insurance operations.
- Translate business and client strategy into a multi-year operational roadmap aligned with growth objectives.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex operational, regulatory, and client issues.

End-to-End Policy Lifecycle Governance

- Own governance across the full policy lifecycle including underwriting support, binding, post-bind activities, accounting & settlement, claims support, renewals, administration, and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to US/UK Market practices, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee policy issuance, endorsements, bordereaux, invoicing, and rule-based decision-making.

Client Delivery & Performance Management

- Own SLAs,



KPIs, productivity, turnaround time, quality, and accuracy metrics across engagements.
- Lead client governance forums, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for scope expansion, value creation, and operational efficiency.

Transformation, Technology & Analytics

- Drive process standardization, digitization, and automation leveraging PAS systems and data platforms.
- Partner with Technology and Analytics teams to implement scalable operating models.
- Strengthen management information, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

Risk, Controls & Compliance

- Ensure strong operational controls, audit readiness, and compliance across all engagements.
- Proactively identify and mitigate operational and regulatory risks.

People Leadership & Global Collaboration

- Build and mentor senior managers and leaders;

develop succession and leadership pipelines.

- Foster a high-performance, client-centric culture aligned with Xceedance values.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across Delivery, Technology, Analytics, Finance, and HR.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree required;

Postgraduate degree (MBA) or insurance certifications preferred.

- 15 years of total experience along with an expertise in P&C; insurance markets with significant leadership exposure.
- Deep expertise in Insurance operating models, policy administration systems, and data workflows.
- Proven experience managing large, multi-client insurance operations and senior client stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, stakeholder management, and people leadership capabilities.
