Role Description The Manager Intern role at WeManage Star is a part-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The intern will assist in day-to-day talent management activities, including coordinating schedules, maintaining communication with models and influencers, and supporting campaign planning and execution.
Responsibilities include helping track social media performance, preparing basic reports, and supporting brand collaboration workflows from initial outreach to content delivery. The Manager Intern will also assist with organizing photoshoots and events,



maintaining internal databases and documentation, and ensuring smooth operational support for the talent management team.
This role offers hands-on exposure to influencer marketing, digital talent management, and brand strategy in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong organizational and coordination skills, including time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to build professional relationships.
- Candidates should possess basic digital and social media skills, such as familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and an understanding of influencer and content trends.
- Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills, including comfort with spreadsheets or basic data tools and the ability to summarize campaign or performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and adaptability skills, including initiative, willingness to learn quickly, and ability to work in a dynamic, creative environment.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in marketing, communications, media studies, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, modeling, or influencer marketing is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and maintain a skilled, inclusive, and respectful attitude toward talents and team members.
