About the Role

As part of the Founder's Office, you'll work directly with the Founder on strategy, execution, product launches, partnerships, fundraising, GTM, and scaling Surefy across India.

This role offers exposure to every aspect of building an AI startup.

No two days will be the same.

What You'll Do
Strategy & Growth

- Work directly with the Founder on high-impact initiatives
- Identify current business opportunities
- Build GTM strategies
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Prepare business plans
- Develop revenue growth initiatives
- Launch new products and verticals

Product & AI

- Work with Product Managers and Developers
- Convert ideas into product requirements
- Prioritize product features
- Validate customer feedback
- Help launch AI products
- Track product performance

Sales & Partnerships

- Meet enterprise customers
- Build strategic partnerships
- Work with banks, telecom operators, SaaS companies, and channel partners
- Prepare proposals and presentations
- Support enterprise sales

Founder's Office

- Manage strategic projects
- Coordinate multiple teams
- Build dashboards and reports
- Analyze business metrics
- Track OKRs
- Solve business problems

Operations





- Improve internal processes
- Automate workflows using AI
- Coordinate cross-functional execution
- Ensure timely project completion

Marketing

- Work with branding and marketing teams
- Support product launches
- Create growth campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance
- Drive customer acquisition

Fundraising & Investor Support

- Prepare pitch decks
- Build financial models
- Conduct market research
- Support investor meetings
- Track fundraising activities
