Role Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Assistant Manager to lead teams, drive performance, and ensure achievement of business targets in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a sales/operations team
- Drive team targets, productivity, and performance
- Monitor attrition and shrinkage
- Conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews
- Ensure process adherence and quality standards
- Maintain MIS reports and performance tracking
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant domain
- Team handling experience is mandatory
- Strong exposure to team performance and target management
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
