Key Responsibilities:

✅ Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

✅ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products and services.

✅ Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently address customer concerns.

Required Qualifications:

✔ 2+ years of customer support experience, preferably within the Advertising, Marketing, or Digital Media industry.

✔ Japanese Language Proficiency (N1/N2 certification preferred).

✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.

✔ Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

✔ Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

✔ Experience using CRM platforms and customer support tools.
