Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Lead Generation Specialist (LGS) to join our Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting revenue growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate high‑quality B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and Linked In outreach.
- Qualify prospects using the BANT framework to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct detailed market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.




- Maintain accurate and updated lead data in CRM tools (Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of SaaS/IT services is an added advantage.
