Role Description: This part time Hybrid Day Trader role involves actively monitoring global financial markets, executing short-term trades, and managing positions across selected asset classes, with a primary focus on equities. The Day Trader will analyze market data, price action, and news flow to identify intraday trading opportunities aligned with Capilogic’s strategies and risk parameters.

Responsibilities include maintaining detailed trading records, adhering to risk management guidelines, and collaborating with the team to refine trading approaches and performance.



The role also requires continuous learning, reviewing trade outcomes, and adjusting tactics based on market conditions and feedback.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Day Trading and Trading skills, including familiarity with intraday strategies and order execution.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Equities and Finance, including market structure, fundamentals, and key economic drivers.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret charts, indicators, and data to make timely decisions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with trading platforms and market data tools, and demonstrate comfort working in a technology-driven environment.
- Candidates should possess strong discipline, risk awareness, and the ability to follow predefined risk limits and processes.
- Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Relevant experience in proprietary or retail trading is preferred; completion of finance, economics, or quantitative coursework is beneficial.
