Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 1 to 2 years of experience to manage and elevate our digital presence. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end digital marketing execution—from hands-on SEO and running paid campaigns on Meta and Google to content planning, social media management, and performance analytics reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads):
- Setup, run, and optimize targeted ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Search/Display/Video.
- Monitor daily budgets, target audience reach, and Cost Per Lead (CPL) / Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization to improve organic website visibility and keyword rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize meta tags, and audit website performance.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage day-to-day operations across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, You Tube, etc.).
- Handle community engagement, comment responses,



and brand reputation online.
- Content Planning & Strategy:
- Plan, schedule, and execute monthly content calendars aligned with core brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Brainstorm creative copy, reel/video concepts, and graphic ideas in collaboration with the media team.
- Analytics & Performance Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and web analytics tools.
- Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics, lead counts, ROI, and actionable growth insights.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Core Skills: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media scheduling platforms.
- Analytics: Strong capability in reading campaign data and translating metrics into actionable strategy reports.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content copywriting and reporting.
- Attributes: Creative mindset, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail in a quick-paced environment.
