Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, CRM/data management, webinar coordination, and customer communication. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io.
- Maintain, update, and audit sales data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and host live sales webinars on YouTube, including coordination and audience engagement.
- Make outbound calls for lead generation and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Answer inbound calls and provide customer support related to sales inquiries.
- Track sales activities, maintain reports, and ensure timely updates in CRM systems.




- Coordinate with the sales team to support day-to-day operations and achieve business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in Sales Administration, Lead Generation, or Sales Support.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io.
- Strong knowledge of data entry, sales data management, and auditing.
- Experience in hosting or coordinating live webinars on YouTube or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with international clients.
- Familiarity with sales automation and CRM platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
