We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to play a critical role in the delivery of our current, innovative AI platform - RISE. As the Technical Scrum Master / Program Manager, you are the primary custodian of team productivity and delivery health.



Agile Facilitation: Lead high-energy Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) and refine Kanban/Scrum processes to maintain a constant, sustainable work pace.
Technical Delivery Oversight: Use your technical background to engage in architecture discussions and issue triage, addressing first-level blockers before they reach engineering management.
Partner with Product Owners to manage and groom backlogs, ensuring technical debt and architectural initiatives are balanced with feature delivery.
Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly to leadership
Agile Expert: Mastery of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles, with experience applying them in "high-intensity" product environments.
Program Management: Proven ability to manage dependencies across multiple cross-functional teams and maintain a high-level roadmap while managing tactical sprint tasks.
Technical Acumen: Ability to "speak the same language" as developers—understanding CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and modern web architectures (e.g., ROR/React).
Power user of Jira and Confluence, capable of building advanced dashboards and automation workflows to visualize team health.

Seniority & Experience
~6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a related role
~ Proven success driving cross-team software delivery
~ Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
~ Platform, infrastructure, or large-scale product experience is a plus
