Job Title: AI Project Manager (Techno Functional) Duration: 3 Months

Job Summary
The AI Project Manager (Techno Functional) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering AI initiatives that align with organizational goals and business objectives. This role bridges the gap between business and technology by translating business requirements into practical AI solutions while ensuring compliance with governance, risk, and enterprise standards. The ideal candidate combines project management expertise with a robust understanding of AI technologies, data management, and stakeholder engagement to drive successful AI adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, data, engineering, and technology teams, to ensure successful project execution.
Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements for AI initiatives.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure AI solutions comply with organizational governance, security, compliance, and risk management standards.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Support AI solution design by working closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and solution architects.
Track project performance, report status updates,



and present progress to senior management.
Drive business adoption by supporting user training, change management, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business value and align with enterprise objectives.
Promote best practices in AI project management, governance, and delivery methodologies.

Required Qualifications
~ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
~5+ years of experience in project management, with experience managing AI, data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
~ Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and emerging AI technologies.
~ Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management environments.
~ Knowledge of AI governance, risk management, compliance, and enterprise standards.
~ Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams.
~ Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum) is preferred.
~ Experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise digital transformation projects is an advantage.
