Job Description – Maintenance Executive

CTC: 25,000/- per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Executive for our Udyog Vihar Plant who can independently handle maintenance activities related to bakery equipment and plant machinery. The candidate should be capable of troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment with minimal supervision and should be able to manage end-to-end maintenance responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of bakery equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and operational issues independently.
- Ensure smooth functioning of ovens, mixers, proofers, refrigeration units, and other bakery equipment.




- Coordinate and execute routine equipment servicing and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Ensure minimum downtime and quick resolution of machine breakdowns.
- Support plant operations by maintaining safety and hygiene standards during maintenance work.
- Manage spare parts requirement and basic inventory tracking.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in equipment or plant maintenance, preferably in bakery/F&B; manufacturing setup.
- Positive knowledge of bakery machinery, electricals, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and handle complete maintenance responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
