- Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, seating, and attending to guests with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing knowledgeable recommendations and addressing guest preferences and dietary requirements
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to brand standards




- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination, timely service delivery, and resolution of any service issues
- Maintain impeccable knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing to provide informed guest assistance
- Monitor guest satisfaction during service and respond promptly and empathetically to any concerns or special requests
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Manage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining composure and efficiency in fast-paced environments
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service periods
- Support team members through collaborative problem-solving and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment
- Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and operational needs while maintaining service quality and guest focus
