Job Summary

C&E; Limited is seeking an experienced EVA Production In-Charge to oversee the complete EVA footwear sole manufacturing process. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in EVA sole production and be capable of independently managing production operations, ensuring quality standards, achieving daily production targets, and optimizing productivity. Candidates with direct experience in EVA footwear sole manufacturing will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage day-to-day EVA footwear sole production activities.

- Control production parameters, mould trials, colour changes, and product changeovers.

- Supervise material preparation, moulding, curing, and finishing operations.

- Monitor and control product quality, including rejection levels, shrinkage, weight variation, hardness, and overall product consistency.

- Troubleshoot production, mould, machine, and process-related issues to minimize downtime.

- Plan, supervise, and manage production manpower to achieve daily production targets.

- Coordinate with the Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Product Development teams to ensure smooth production flow.

- Optimize productivity, reduce material wastage, and improve process efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, production schedules,



and workplace safety practices.

- Maintain production records and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma, ITI, or any relevant technical qualification is preferred.

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in EVA footwear sole production.

- Strong knowledge of EVA injection moulding machines, moulds, materials, and process parameters.

- Ability to independently manage the entire EVA production department.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve production and process-related issues efficiently.

- Good leadership and team management abilities.

- Candidates with only general injection moulding experience and without EVA footwear sole production experience will not be considered.
