Job Description:

- Manage daily operations to ensure service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and productivity targets are consistently achieved.

- Lead, mentor, and develop Team Leaders and support staff to build high-performing teams.

- Monitor operational metrics, analyze trends, and implement action plans to improve performance.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality and service excellence.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and succession planning for team members.

- Collaborate with Quality, Training, Workforce Management, HR, and other support functions to optimize operational performance.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency,



reduce costs, and improve customer experience.

- Prepare and present business reviews, operational reports, and client presentations.

- Manage staffing, scheduling, capacity planning, and resource utilization.

- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, data security, and regulatory standards.

- Support transitions, process migrations, and implementation of current projects where required.
