- Location: Surat and nearby cities
- Store Management: Company-Owned (COCO) & Franchise (FOFO) stores
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure VM guidelines are implemented across all stores
- Operations: Manage COCO and FOFO store operations and performance
- CTC/Budget: Up to 15 LPA ( Max till 16LPA)
- Industry Preference: Apparel/Retail background
- Experience: Multi-store operations and team management preferred
- Key Focus: Sales growth, store profitability, compliance, and customer experience.
