At least functional implementation and support experience across SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Experience of Mining or other Process industries.

Configure foundation objects, country-specific XML data models, business rules, and workflows.

Manage foundational data related to core HR, positions, and employee lifecycle management.

Design and maintain curricula, item types, scheduled offerings, and online content SCORM, AICC, xAPI.

Map and synchronize employee data from EC to LMS using SuccessFactors connectors and Integration Center.

Ensure seamless data flow with other third-party HR systems.

Troubleshoot system issues, execute User Acceptance Testing UAT, and support bi-annual system release updates.

Strong understanding of Role-Based Permissions RBP, reporting platforms such as Plateau Report Designer or Stories, and data migration processes.





Analyzing business requirements, conceptual and detail design to meet business needs.

Translate complex requirements into robust functional and technical specifications.
