- Manage enterprise Vulnerability Management and Patch Management processes to ensure timely remediation of security risks.
- Utilize ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) to track, prioritize, and report vulnerabilities across the organization.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to monitor security KPIs and compliance metrics.
- Coordinate with IT and infrastructure teams to drive remediation efforts and maintain process governance and control.
- Analyze security trends, prepare management reports, and continuously improve vulnerability management processes and operational efficiency.
