Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Operations Team Lead Treasury Operations to manage and support Front, Middle, and Back Office Treasury functions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in treasury operations, cash flow management, financial reporting, forecasting, reconciliation, and liquidity management. This role requires analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead small teams while ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Front, Middle, and Back Office Treasury operations.
- Monitor daily cash flow, liquidity, and treasury transactions.
- Perform financial analysis, reporting, and transaction reconciliations.
- Support forecasting activities and treasury planning.
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies and financial controls.
- Identify operational risks and recommend process improvements.
- Analyze financial data and resolve moderately complex issues.
- Develop and implement solutions using existing treasury processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business teams to support treasury activities.
- Lead and mentor small teams while ensuring timely delivery of operational objectives.
- Prepare treasury reports and management dashboards.
- Work effectively in rotational shifts as required.
