- Prepare and manage export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO), Certificate of Analysis (COA), Shipping Bill, and other regulatory documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Customs House Agents), shipping lines, and courier agencies to ensure timely dispatch of shipments.
- Liaise with Production, Warehouse, QA, QC, and Finance teams for smooth execution of export operations.
- Handle Letter of Credit (LC), advance payments, export compliance, and shipment tracking.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT regulations, Customs procedures, and other statutory export requirements.
- Maintain accurate export documentation, records, and MIS reports.
- Communicate and coordinate with international customers regarding shipment schedules and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of export documentation and international logistics.
- Familiarity with DGFT regulations, Customs procedures, and Incoterms.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict shipment deadlines.
