Please find the summary of the Android IoT Engineer role below. We are looking for an Android IoT Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience in Android Application and SDK Development. Immediate joiners will be preferred. Work Location: Jaipur
Work Mode: 5 days work from office The candidate should have robust expertise in Kotlin, Android app development, custom SDK development, BLE/GATT communication, HTTPS-based cloud communication, API integration using Retrofit/OkHttp, and modern Android architecture such as MVVM and Clean Architecture. The role involves designing and developing Android applications for IoT devices, building and publishing custom Android SDKs, integrating with IoT hardware, ensuring secure device communication, optimizing performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, writing unit test cases, preparing code coverage reports, and maintaining proper SDK documentation. The candidate should also have hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose, Play Store release process, JUnit, Sonar, Azure repositories, Jira/Azure task management, and strong debugging skills. Behaviorally, the candidate should be collaborative, adaptable, customer-focused, passionate about clean code, and capable of mentoring junior developers.
