Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, availability, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with clients and hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation, confirm availability, and manage offer discussions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.




- Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams to fulfill client requirements within agreed timelines.
- Meet individual and team recruitment KPIs, including submissions, interviews, placements, and turnaround time.

Required Skills

- 2 7 years of experience in US IT recruitment or staffing.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.
- Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H-1B, GC, USC, TN, EAD, etc.).
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, Business Analysis, ERP, and Cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience using ATS and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
