Job Description:

- Lead and manage all safety, health, workplace (HSE), and security operations across the plant.
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, security procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, environmental laws, and company HSE standards.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and security breaches, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Organize safety training, fire drills, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Monitor fire protection systems, emergency equipment, PPE usage, and workplace safety practices.
- Supervise security personnel, access control systems, CCTV surveillance,



and visitor management.
- Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, and regulatory agencies for inspections and statutory compliance.
- Prepare safety MIS reports, incident reports, compliance documentation, and management review reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen workplace safety culture and plant security.
- Candidates with experience in industrial safety, plant security, HSE management, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
