Job Description:

- Lead and manage production planning, scheduling, and manufacturing operations to achieve business objectives.
- Develop production plans based on customer demand, capacity, manpower, and material availability.
- Ensure timely execution of production schedules while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, maintenance, quality, and dispatch teams for seamless production flow.
- Monitor production performance, machine utilization, productivity, and key operational KPIs.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives across the production department.
- Manage manpower planning, shift allocation,



and team performance to maximize productivity.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, consumables, and production resources to avoid delays.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, MIS, and planning analysis for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout production operations.
- Candidates with extensive experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, and engineering or heavy industrial industries will be preferred.
