Job Context:
Responsible for the gate weighbridge including the check for the cargo (in/out) actual weight and feedback stores, sales, W.H, Custom and HRD.
Major Challenges:
SAP malfunction , decision taker in a critical situation

KRA11. Supervision• Supervise the staff, equipment including problem solving. 10%
KRA22. Weighbridge inspection• Check for the weighbridge condition, to assure that there is no defect. 5 %
KRA33. SAP• Data entry the container information including the weight, container no., truck no., driver name on the SAP
• Fill in the data of the container on the loading slip sheet. 70 %
KRA44. Cargo/container inspection• Responsible for identifying the cargo /container actual weight to be matching the loading slip sheet and SAP and to revert back to the responsible area in case of mismatching 15 %
