Role Description
You will own the top of the funnel. Your job is to find the right people, start the right conversations, and book qualified meetings — with people who can actually make decisions.
- Identify and research prospects matching our ICP
- Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Book qualified meetings with decision maker (CTO, IT Head, CFO)
- Log every touch, every response, every outcome same day, every day
- Follow up systematically as many times as it takes with the right message
- Assist BDM on discovery calls and proposal preparation
- Build and maintain prospect lists from fresh data sources
Qualifications
- 1-3 years in outbound B2B IT services sales
- Has reached decision maker level — CTO, IT Head, or Business Owner
- Microsoft ecosystem familiarity — M365, Azure, or managed services preferred
- CRM discipline — you log everything, same day
- Comfortable on the phone — not just email and LinkedIn
- Organised and consistent
