Sample Management & Processing

Ensure accurate receipt, identification, processing, and traceability of donor samples.NAT Testing & ReportingPerform accurate and timely NAT testing for donor blood samples and report results within defined TAT.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Maintain compliance with SOPs, IQC, EQAS, NABH, NACO, and regulatory standards.Equipment & Laboratory MaintenanceEnsure optimal functioning, calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of NAT analysers.Inventory & Reagent ManagementMaintain adequate stock of reagents and consumables while minimising wastage.

Documentation & Data Management

Maintain accurate records, LIS updates,



and complete traceability of all samples and results.Biosafety & Infection Control. Ensure compliance with laboratory biosafety, infection control, and biomedical waste management practices.Continuous Improvement & Skilled DevelopmentParticipate in competency assessments, quality improvement initiatives, and mandatory training programmes.

B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT/B.Sc. MLT) or M.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology/Microbiology/Biotechnology (preferred)

Certification or training in Molecular Diagnostics/NAT (preferred)
