Hiring | Mould Designer & CNC Programmer | Delhi

Thermoplastic Technologies is looking for an experienced Mould Designer & CNC Programmer to join our tool room team.

Join our tool room manufacturing precision plastic injection moulds for OEM customers across the automotive, electrical, medical, and consumer industries.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.

Requirements

- Based in Delhi
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Plastic Injection Mould Design
- Proficiency in Siemens NX, Visi, or equivalent CAD software
- Proficiency in CAM software such as Delcam, Mastercam, Fusion 360, or equivalent
- Experience programming HAAS VF-2 CNC VMCs
- Strong understanding of plastic injection mould design and manufacturing, including machining processes, cutting tools, feeds & speeds, fixture design, engineering drawings, GD&T;, and Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
- Experience with two-plate,



three-plate, hot runner, insert, or similar moulds
- Knowledge of tool steels such as P20, H13, D2, EN31, and 420 Stainless Steel
- Tool room experience preferred
- Robust attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Working Hours: Monday–Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
