Business Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to work closely with customers, stakeholders, product owners, project managers, designers, developers, and QA teams to define business requirements and translate them into actionable functional specifications.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in Agile product development environments. The role involves gathering requirements, preparing business documents, managing stakeholder expectations, supporting sprint planning, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise web and cloud-based applications.

Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering & Analysis

- Conduct stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
- Gather, analyse, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
- Convert business needs into detailed User Stories, BRDs, FRDs, SRS documents, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

Product & Project Support

- Work closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to define scope and priorities.
- Assist in backlog creation, grooming, sprint planning, and release planning.
- Track requirement changes and maintain proper traceability.
- Support project estimation and solution discussions.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate meetings and requirement clarification sessions.
- Present proposed solutions and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies,



and impacts.

Documentation & Process Management

- Prepare business process flows, wireframes, use cases, workflow diagrams, and requirement specifications.
- Maintain project documentation repositories and requirement traceability matrices.
- Ensure all documentation follows organisational standards and governance processes.

Quality Assurance Support

- Review test scenarios and test cases against business requirements.
- Participate in UAT planning and execution.
- Validate delivered functionality meets business expectations.
- Support defect triaging and requirement clarifications.

Customer Engagement

- Interact directly with customers to understand business challenges.
- Participate in product demonstrations and solution discussions.
- Support onboarding and deployment activities where required.

- CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMI-PBA or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience working in enterprise software product companies preferred.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
