- Make outbound calls to potential Customers and clients
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally
- Follow up with leads and maintain call records
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Maintain a positive and professional communication tone
- Create clear, engaging, and original content for websites and digital platforms
- Write articles, blogs, and promotional content as assigned
- Ensure content accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
- Follow company guidelines and brand voice
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
- Basic to intermediate Computer Knowledge
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must Know-Bengali, Hindi & English
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
