About the jobKey Responsibilities:

1. Identify and onboard retailers for B2B and B2C sales channels.
2. Build and maintain solid relationships with retailers to drive repeat business.
3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through active field engagement.
4. Educate retailers on product features, pricing, and promotions.
5. Provide market feedback to the management team for strategy refinement.
6. Ensure compliance with company processes and reporting standards

3. Must have 2 Wheeler

Other requirements

1. Prior sales experience in Electronics and Home Appliances is mandatory.

2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in field sales roles.

3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

4. Energetic, proactive, and adaptable to a startup environment.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6.



Willing to travel extensively for retailer onboarding and sales activities.
