Job Title: Backend Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Backend Sales Executive to support the sales team by handling customer interactions, processing orders, and coordinating with internal departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and maintain sales records.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely order execution.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate MIS reports and documentation.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in Backend Sales, Sales Coordination, or Customer Support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Best in Industry

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
