Job Responsibilities:

Purchase:
1. Sourcing vendors, RFQ, rate negotiation & PO placement for raw material, spares, consumables
2. Timely procurement to avoid production delays
3. Vendor development, rate comparison, and cost reduction activities
4. Follow up with vendors for on-time delivery and quality

Store & Inventory:
1. Receiving, inspection, and proper storage of all incoming materials
2. Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Excel – GRN, Issue, Return entries
3. Monthly stock verification, cycle count & inventory reconciliation
4. Min-Max level monitoring to prevent stock-out / excess inventory
5.



Housekeeping of the store and adherence to 5S standards

Coordination:
1. Coordination with Production, Accounts, and Quality team for material planning
2. Bill submission to accounts with proper documentation

Key Requirements:
1. 2-5 years of experience in Purchase & Store in a Manufacturing company
2. Knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel is mandatory
3. Positive negotiation and vendor management skills
4. Understanding of Purchase procedures, Inventory control, and FIFO
5. Candidate from Nashik / nearby area preferred
