About the Role

We are looking for candidates with experience in Credit Collection. The candidate must assist the respective heads in by providing daily Report from system like Credit Management / Collection / DSO/ High Risk Customer /Customer on Board Process (KYC). Very detail-oriented and a problem-solvers. They must also have strong mathematical and report-writing skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

- - Monitor customer outstanding balances and ageing reports on a daily basis. - Ensure timely collection of invoices within the approved credit period. - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies. - Maintain accurate customer ledgers and collection records.
- Review customer credit limits and payment history. - Coordinate with the Sales and Business teams for new customer onboarding and credit approvals. - Recommend credit limit based on financial analysis. - Ensure compliance with the company's credit policy.

- Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and meetings for overdue payments. - Prepare and circulate ageing reports and collection status reports. - Escalate long-pending outstanding and high-risk customers cases to management.



- Negotiate payment plans with customers wherever required
- Work closely with Operations and Customer Service to resolve service-related issues impacting collections. - Liaise with customers for balance confirmations and account reconciliations.

- Reduced overdue ageing. - Accurate customer account reconciliation. - Minimal bad debt and write-offs.

Requirements

- - Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce with 6 to 8 yrs of experience in Credit Control Management.
- Specialized knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Excel, Microsoft office.
- Skills: Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, passion to learn and grow, comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently.
- Be an analytical thinker with robust investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently.
