About the Role: We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with 8+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing to lead end-to-end QA activities for enterprise web and mobile applications.. The role requires ownership of QA strategy, test planning, execution, automation framework development, defect management, release quality, and stakeholder collaboration. Candidates should have strong experience with Selenium or Playwright, API testing, SQL, CI/CD integration, Agile methodologies, and managing complex testing scenarios across multiple environments. Experience in BFSI domain is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- - Lead and mentor a team of Junior QA Engineers, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Own end-to-end QA activities, including test strategy, planning, estimation, execution, and release sign-off.
- Drive both Manual and Automation Testing, including automation framework development using Selenium or Playwright.
- Perform and oversee Functional, Regression, Integration, System, UAT, Exploratory, API, and Database Testing.
- Manage defect lifecycle, monitor QA metrics, and ensure comprehensive test coverage across applications.




- Collaborate with Development, Product, Business, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.
- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and promote QA best practices, process improvements, and continuous quality initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- - 8+ years in Manual & Automation Testing.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading a QA team of at least 5 members.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium/Playwright and automation framework development.
- Strong experience in test planning, estimation, resource allocation, and release management.
- Strong expertise in Manual Testing, including Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Exploratory, and UAT testing.
- Hands-on experience in API Testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Defect Lifecycle Management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

- - Exposure in BFSI, FinTech, NBFC, or Lending platforms is preferred.
- Experience in Loan Management Systems, LOS/LMS, Collections, or Digital Lending applications is an added advantage
