JD:
Candidate must have 10+ years of experience as a project Manager / scrum master with .Net / React technologies experience
Requirements:

- Must have played role of scrum master
- Must have experience in handling team of size 15 or more
- Must have managed agile projects in SCRUM Master capacity end to end
- Understanding and analysing the technical need/problem of client.
- Preparing sprint plan, Project Charter, SOW, Risk and Mitigation
- Preparing staffing plan, project delivery schedule
- Create JIRA Dashboard to track sprint progress.
- Weekly reports to be produced for the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies.
- Must be technical hands-on project manager for guiding the team by getting into low level design, Code reviews, solution reviews
- Ensuring process compliance on internal and external tasks/ deliveries




- Should be able to take quick and right decision.
- Anticipate Project and other resource/logistic risks.

*Must have positive people management and conflict management skills
- Must be able to understand and improvise Quality plan, Quality toll gates and quality metrics
