JD:
EXP Overall 5-8 years of experience in implementation or rollout project of S/4HANA for large multinational companies managing basis activities. Expertise in S/4HANA Basis area is a MUST with a minimum experience of 4-6 years in 2-3 projects

Mandatory Skills:

- Expert knowledge with hands on experience in basis administrative work and release management activities
- Has expert knowledge in day to basis tasks during the project duration like system performance monitoring, fine tuning, back up and release management
- Able to work closely with the Project Manager and make the system available all the time without any downtime




- Proactively plan and execute any maintenance activities with minimal disruption of project activities
- Has experience in SAP Activate methodology
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager focusing on ChARM processes
- Has expertise in system monitoring and fine tuning

Optional:

- S/4HANA Service Management or Quality Management

Soft Skills:

- Proactive and able to understand S/4HANA system basis needs
- Ability to quickly identify problems early and resolve efficiently
- Solid writing and speaking skills
- Communicate in English fluently.
