Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and implement Syndigo PIM solutions.
- Develop and maintain product data models, workflows, and business rules.
- Integrate Syndigo PIM with ERP, eCommerce, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Manage product data onboarding, enrichment, validation, and publishing.
- Develop import/export processes and API-based integrations.
- Perform data quality checks and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and follow best development practices.

Must-Have Skills
- 6–8 years of IT experience with strong hands-on experience in Syndigo PIM.




- Experience in PIM implementation, customization, and support.
- Strong understanding of product data management and governance.
- Experience with REST APIs, XML, JSON, and data integration.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience integrating Syndigo with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce (Magento), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Shopify.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
