Oracle Linux Administration, System Software installation, Support in oracle Cloud (OCI) and On-Prem Infrastructure
Experience with Virtualization Technologies (KVM, OVMM)
Experience in Containerization and Kubernetes container orchestration platform
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and implementation guides
Provide level 3 support for Oracle OCI issues, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems
Management of ZFS snapshots and clones
Troubleshooting and resolving ZFS-related issues




Ensuring ZFS storage systems are secure and compliant with organizational policies

- Virtual machine provisioning and maintenance and Patch management
- OBP Infrastructure monitoring and supporting platform as a service
- DevOps tools (GITBASH, CHEF, RUBY, etc.)
- Knowledge of Managed services model meeting SLA's, Service management processes such as Incident, Change and Problem Management based on ITIL framework.
- Knowledge of Service management tools such as SERVICE NOW, JIRA, Agile Methodology etc.
