Hiring for L2 Production -SQL Splunk-Bangalore/Hyderabad- CWR
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 2 support for production systems and applications.
- Monitor system health using Splunk dashboards and alerts.
- Troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and generate reports for recurring incidents.
- Write and execute SQL queries to validate data and assist in issue resolution.
- Maintain documentation related to troubleshooting steps and known errors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3–5 years of experience in application support or IT operations.
- Solid proficiency in SQL (e.g., writing queries, joins, data analysis).
- Hands-on experience with Splunk (search queries, dashboards, alerts).
- Knowledge of incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux systems and basic scripting is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
