Essential Job Functions:

- Is responsible for quality and efficiency of problem resolution where Asset Management expertise is required
- License knowledge and product usage rights of Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Adobe etc.
- Identify opportunities, document to fully utilize unused or partially used IT software assets.
- Identify and report compliance issues with asset consumption and recommend resolutions.
- Comparing software licensed information to software installed information to identify variances.
- Perform regular housekeeping of software data in the configuration management system to maintain accuracy.
- Prepare reports of software audits, software compliance, software license utilization as required by Management
- Complex data analysis and mining abilities.
- Excellent Knowledge of Snow Tool
- Individual Contributor.
- Excelled in Client Management.
- Create reports and generate metric on software licenses, compliance, and cost saving.
- Comprehensive understanding of ITIL, CMDB, SNOW tool
- Interfaces with other IT Service Management processes as required with respect to asset data
- Verifying asset information from other processes for accuracy
- Verify & update Recent procured Software purchases.
- Link the maintenance with base license on AM SW Tool.
- Reviews and resolve all asset discrepancies or variances
- Reviews inventory (physical and automated)or other reconciliations (e.g. with financial repository) for variances with asset records of the asset repository
- Assesses and provides variance resolution




- Analyzes all variances and makes recommendations to perform inventory
- Associates variances with other process areas and advises appropriate process manager
- Identifies areas of process improvement and communicates to Asset Manager
- Provides assistance to the Asset Controller, Acquisition Analyst
- Validating standard reports, ensuring that they meet defined criteria and ensuring correct report distribution
- Manage the standard report list for the account
- Review reports with subject matter experts and management, as required
- Collect evaluation results for service analysis
- Produce gap analysis for evaluation

Qualifications:
- EXP-5-8 years
