Job Description:

A reputed structural engineering and manufacturing company engaged in fabrication and industrial project operations is hiring an HR Manager to oversee human resource functions, workforce planning, and statutory compliance. - Manage end-to-end HR operations for plant, project, and office staff.
- Handle recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, bonus, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.




- Support industrial relations and workforce coordination at plant/project sites.
- Coordinate training, induction, and performance appraisal activities.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, manpower status, and monthly dashboards.
- Work closely with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs.
- Implement HR policies, workplace discipline, and company procedures.
- Candidates with HR experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial sectors preferred.
