Incentive+ Petrol allownce Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our Cyber Security solutions to corporate clients. Key Responsibilities Generate and develop new B2B business opportunities. Identify potential corporate clients for Cyber Security Services, VAPT, Security Audits, Compliance Solutions, and Training Programs. Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, IT Managers, Compliance Teams, and other key decision-makers. Conduct lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and client meetings. Present company services professionally and convert leads into business opportunities. Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.



Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Required Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities. Experience in B2B Sales, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, or Service-Based Sales preferred. Knowledge of the Cyber Security industry will be an added advantage. Self-motivated, target-driven, and growth-oriented mindset. Eligibility Criteria Graduate (BBA/MBA preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development or Sales preferred.
